Dr Collins is recognised by all the major insurance companies. Please contact your insurer prior to booking an appointment to obtain treatment authorisation. We are able to provide you with treatment codes to help your insurer understand the services we offer.
Self pay – Circle Saxon Clinic and Circle Manor Hospital
Consultation fees
- £220 for new appointments
- £130 for follow-up appointments
Injection fees
- £160 for all ultrasound guided injections (please note this injection fee is in addition to the consultation fee)
Please note Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy is not available at Circle Hospitals.
Circle Hospital injection fees
Circle Hospitals will also charge a separate facility fee for injection treatments depending on the type of medication injected. For steroids this is £126. If hyaluronate is injected (such as Ostenil and Durolane) the fee varies depending on the compound used.

Consultation fees
- £250 for new appointments
- £150 for follow-up appointments
Injection fees
Pure Sports Medicine sets different fees depending on the procedure undertaken. These are inclusive of consultation costs and are all ultrasound guided:

| PRP injection (standard strength) | £750 (up to 3 injections may be needed) |
| PRP injection (higher strength) | £1180 (single injection only required) |
| Hyaluronate added to PRP injection | £140 (on top of PRP cost) |
| Arthrosamid® | £2500 |
